The device has not been officially announced yet and is expected to announce this month, but the market has known almost its detail. Feature wise this model is a copy of Nokia N8 apart from an 8 MP camera and the absent HDMI. The handset will have a mini USB jack along with a 3.5mm headset jack. A Wi-Fi radio, GPS sensor and even Bluetooth 3.0 may be included in the specifications as well.

Display and Design:

C7 sports 3.5” 640×360 resolution AMOLED touchscreen, similar to Nokia X6, this screen support the display of 16 million colors and is also covered by special plastic cover. It will also offer Proximity sensor for auto turn-off and Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate. The size and weight of the handset is not known yet.

Performance:

Nokia C7 is quite special, because the phone is the second phone to bring Symbian^3 on board after the Nokia N8. Nokia N8 sits on the top-end line while the C7 is on mainstream line. The device armed with the ARM 11 680 MHz processor and 256 MB RAM. 135MB of internal memory is allocated to store application and the rest 8GB is used to store data. To expand the storage capacity, a micro SD card slot is provided that can be added up to 32GB.

Camera and Multimedia:

C7 brought powerful 8 MP camera with autofocus and dual LED flash. The camera is also capable of video recording. It supports WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML, RSS feeds for web browsing. It will also support MP3/WMA/WAV/eAAC+ player and DivX/MP4/H.264/WMV player. The stereo FM radio is available for 24 hours of music.
